APC Implementation
Revoluen Technology is actively involved in the APC space and offers life-cycle APC implementations services covering the entire spectrum including-
- performing scoping studies to understand the areas of benefit and return on investment;
- pre-test analysis for identifying instrument issues, improving regulatory loop architecture, and PID tuning;
- identifying process relationships through step test;
- building inferential soft sensors for continuous measurements;
- designing the controller structure, model and process behaviour using adaptive modelling technology;
- formulating KPI parameters for continued performance monitoring;
- performance maintenance and extended support.
Project Portfolio
Our team has the experience of multiple APC implementation projects in refineries, power plants, chemical and petrochemical plants, amongst others. Selected projects include-
- implementations at major public sector refineries in India
- APC on gas and goal fired boilers
- LNG trains for the largest LNG producer in Qatar
- Sulphur block optimization for one of the largest refiners in the Gulf region, among others.
